Putting the right person in the property saves time and money for both the owner and management

We don't want a bad tenant any more than you do.  Unless it is an extraordinary circumstance, we don't get paid any more for a good tenant than a bad one--and a bad one costs us time and money too. 

We do an extensive credit history check to determine credit worthiness, and check rental and job history.  Sometimes we take someone whose credit is not sterling but has unusual circumstances, such as heavy medical bills, causing a bankruptcy.  In checking job and rental history, we are looking for stability to justify putting this person in your property.

We also take a complete set of pictures of the property with each tenant so as to maintain records for rehabilitating the premises at move-out.
