we take someone whose credit is not sterling but has unusual circumstances,
such as heavy medical bills, causing a bankruptcy. In
checking job and rental history, we are looking for
stability to justify putting this person in your property.
We also take a complete set of pictures of the property with each
tenant so as to maintain records for rehabilitating the premises
